Accelerate Physiotherapy – Garran is a trusted allied-health clinic located in Garran, ACT, committed to helping patients of all ages “accelerate their potential” through evidence-based physiotherapy. Their purpose-built facility offers private treatment rooms and a fully equipped rehab gym, staffed by experienced therapists who employ techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, and tailored exercise prescriptions. The team takes a patient-centred approach, working closely with each individual to achieve their unique health goals while also providing education to prevent future injuries.

They provide baseline testing, structured concussion treatment, and individualized return-to-play, work, or learning protocols, all based on the rigorous, research-driven standards of the Complete Concussions network.

Will graduated from the University of Sydney in 2006 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). He completed his graduate rotation program at The Canberra Hospital in 2007 and has been working in private practice since. In 2011, he underwent his Masters of Manual Therapy at the University of Western Australia and has also completed his level three APA Sports Physiotherapy qualification. Will has been the physiotherapist for the Australian Schoolboys Rugby Union team and the ACT’s National Academy Physiotherapist for Tennis Australia. Will is also the personal physiotherapist to Australian tennis player Nick Kyrgios. Will joins Nick on the ATP tour and has been a member of Team Kyrgios since 2015. Cale has a particular interest in sport and sports rehabilitation, having played Rugby League, Rugby Union and Cricket himself. Cale has also worked with numerous soccer clubs as a sports trainer where he developed a keen interest in sporting lower limb injuries, particularly the knee and ankle. Cale is currently the physiotherapist for the ACT Meteors Women’s Cricket Squad. Nathan Bizjak.PhysiotherapistBachelor of PhysiotherapyActive Release TherapyAcupuncture/DryneedlingExercise RehabMyofascial ReleaseNeck RehabNathan is a Canberra local, who graduated with a degree in physiotherapy from the University of Canberra. Since then he has worked in private practice, as well as with a variety of sporting teams. Most recently, Nathan has worked in the A-League Women’s with Canberra United and the Western Sydney Wanderers. Outside of football, he has worked in rugby league, rugby union, basketball, CrossFit and ultimate frisbee. As a qualified ASCA strength and conditioning coach, Nathan is passionate about delivering excellent rehab based physiotherapy on the journey from injury to peak performance. He has a special interest in ACL and other complex knee injuries, headaches and shoulder rehab. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Nathan playing soccer, experimenting with new recipes or studying away while completing his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy.
