Dr. Koplos graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1992 and the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1997. She opened Low Vision Services at the Lighthouse for the Blind in 1997 and began providing vision rehabilitation services to the visually impaired, adults and children with visual processing and oculomotor coordination deficits as well as individuals with NTBI and TBI and associated visual field loss, accommodation and oculomotor imbalance, infacilities and insufficiencies. The office was moved in 2009 and renamed at a new location inn June 2020. The new office, Advanced Vision Solutions, has expanded services to include neuro-optometry, sport vision training, myopia management, orthokeratology and specialty contact lenses.
