    Dr. Matthew Serrick is an evidence-based therapeutic practitioner who originates from the East Coast of Canada. After completing an honours bachelor of science degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland, he attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During his studies, he received numerous academic scholarships and awards. He has been in practice for over 13 years. Active in the community with volunteerism and community involvement, he currently is mentoring new chiropractic students through the Ontario Chiropractic Association. He also plays volleyball, badminton and curling making him no stranger to sports, and sports injuries. He also enjoys staying active with running and cross-fit. Dr. Serrick is committed to getting you to feel better in the long-term by focusing on finding the root biomechanical cause of pain. He uses the most cutting-edge and innovative examination and manual techniques to help you deal with pain, increase mobility, optimize health, prevent injury, and increase participation in activities of everyday living. He keeps up-to-date with current research, as well as with continuing education courses, so that he delivers, and you receive, the most current and effective treatment possible. Dr. Serrick is one of the few chiropractors in downtown Toronto that has special training in work disability prevention as well as concussion and mild traumatic brain injury treatment and management. He also recently completed the Primary Spine Practitioner Program through the University of Pittsburgh, which has given him a new focus on evidence-informed primary care of spinal pain. Offering a wide variety of treatments for your various ailments and needs, Dr. Serrick will work with you to create a plan of management that is individualized to your specific needs, treatment preference, and goals. Everyone from families, athletes, office workers, factory workers, to geriatrics can benefit from his chiropractic care.
