Bayside Sports Medicine Group provides expert, focused treatment for the individual. Our goal is to get you back doing what you love as quickly as possible. Led by Tessa Hinds and Sarah Golding, two of Melbourne’s most experienced physiotherapists, our team of highly qualified allied health professionals specialise in relief from injury, concussion management, pain management, rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. We pride ourselves on our commitment to your care and our passion for helping people achieve optimum health and wellbeing through physical movement, especially after injury and disease. Our physiotherapists are highly trained to assess and diagnose your condition, then plan and administer treatment programs to restore function to the highest possible level. Professional medical advice, Clinical Rehabilitation/Pilates, Concussion Management (CCMI), AlterG, GLA:D programs, massage and dietetics round out a complete wellbeing program.

    Sarah completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 1994. Since then she has practised extensively in both Sports and Occupational Physiotherapy with a focus on injury management. Her expansive career has involved working with a variety of sports including AFL, netball, running, triathlon, swimming, basketball, gymnastics, baseball and rugby, many at a club, state and national level. Sarah also has extensive experience in ergonomic assessments, ergonomic and manual handling training and return to work services. Sarah has a special interest in concussion management and is a registered member of the Complete Concussion Management Inc. (CCMI) global network. ​ Sarah currently works with a wide variety of orthopaedic, occupational and spinal/sports physiotherapy patients. She has undertaken additional study in dry needling, pilates, facial acupuncture and concussion management. ​ Sarah has lived in Bayside for more than 40 years and outside work enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, playing netball, running and going to the beach.
