Dr. Fletch is a practicing chiropractor since 1995. He as worked with many professional and amateur athletes and professional sports organizations. Dr. Fletch has worked in the area of concussion management since 2009. Dr Fletch is a Credentialed ImPACT Consultant. Dr. Fletch has been a guest lecturer for ImPACT Test Applications continuing education program.
