    Dr. Ashley Fichter is a highly qualified chiropractic professional, having graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario. She also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a major in Fitness & Lifestyle from the University of Regina. Dr. Fichter enjoys having a family practice where she treats perinatal patients, children of all ages, and athletes. With extensive experience in chiropractic care, she has furthered her expertise through additional certifications, including Sport First Responder, Complete Concussion Management (CCMI), TCM Acupuncture, and Activation Method (Basic). Dr. Fichter's background in artistic athletics is extensive, with 14 years of competitive dance training in various styles such as tap, ballet, acrobatics, jazz, pointe work, and lyrical. Her achievements include a Bronze World Medal in Team Baton (Group) for baton twirling. Additionally, she has been a cheerleader for the University of Regina Cheer Team and the Saskatchewan Roughrider Cheer Team, earning a National Championship with the University of Regina team and qualifying for the International Open Level 7 World Cheerleading Championship. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Fichter enjoys spending time with her friends and family and is a dedicated mother to two children. We are thrilled to have her join our team, bringing her diverse skills and experience to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

    Quinn graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021 with a Master of Physical Therapy. Prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Human Kinetics at the University of Regina. Quinn has worked in both a fitness and training, and rehabilitative setting, gaining experience in designing and implementing exercise and rehabilitative programs for a variety of individuals. During Quinn’s time in Regina, she worked as the coordinator for the Bridging the Gap program at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre and volunteered with wheelchair rugby. This opportunity allowed Quinn to work with wheelchair athletes, learning and teaching various adaptive wheelchair sports. Quinn has also worked as a bracing technician and has experience providing pre-operative and post-operative bracing assessments and fittings. Quinn took on the role of Physiotherapist for the Regina Thunder Football Team (part of the prairie football conference and the Canadian Junior Football League) for the 2022-2023 & 2023-2024 season. She has completed her Sport Physiotherapy Canada First Responders Course/certificate and the FCAMPT Level 1. Quinn is a member of the Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan providing weekend coverage to a variety of sports (hockey, gymnastics, rugby, volleyball, lacrosse). Quinn became certified in Dry Needling in 2023. Quinn grew up playing a variety of sports and understands the importance of providing the education and tools to assist in leading a healthy and active lifestyle. She believes in taking a patient centered approach and working collaboratively to achieve their goals. In Quinn’s spare time she enjoys running and attending spin classes.
