I work with athletes, patients looking to stay active, and individuals seeking a healthy lifestyle. Through an evidence-based, patient-centered approach, I treat both acute and chronic injuries and focus on education, exercise, and manual therapy. As a strong communicator and attentive listener, I take the time to uncover the important details of a patient’s unique story. Through mentorship from leading sports medicine clinicians, I have been fortunate to develop a strong multi-disciplinary referral network and team approach when guiding patients toward their goals. My aim is to empower patients to leave the clinic with self-management strategies they can use long after their appointments are complete. I played NCAA Division I hockey for the Princeton University Tigers and have worked with the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation. I also have advanced training in Contemporary Neurofunctional Acupuncture through McMaster University, Active Release Technique (ART), and CCMI.

After completing my Bachelor Degree in Honours Science (Human Biomechanics) from York University, I moved on to complete my Doctor of Chiropractic medicine from NUHS in 2001. Since graduation, I have furthered my education with an Acupuncture certification, ART® Full body Active Release Technique training, CCMI™ Complete Concussion Management certification in 2018 and FRC® certification in 2020. With experience in the Chiropractic field and training in ART® , FRT® and Core Stabilization Techniques, I am able to create successful treatment plans for my patients that extend to lifestyle changes and supplementation when warranted, to achieve optimal results. Having treated both amateur and professional athletes, I have gained experience working with all types of injuries at different scales.. This includes working with with Semi-pro and Pro football players, OHL and OWHA Hockey Teams, members of the Women’s Canadian National Hockey Team, International Synchronized swimmers and Nationally ranked Tennis Players.
