Expanding Horizons Occupational Therapy.

Jon completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Memorial University of Newfoundland followed by a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. Throughout his career Jon has continued his education by completing certifications in Functional Dry Needling, Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (Levels 1 & 2), Diagnosis and Treatment of Movement System Impairments, Complete Concussion Management and many others. Jon has developed a keen interest in providing concussion rehabilitation to individuals and athletes of all ages in the Ottawa area. He is a strong believer in the therapeutic benefit of exercise and strives to provide a movement-based approach to rehabilitation. His physiotherapy treatments often consist of advice/education, manual therapy (joint mobilizations, functional dry needling, soft tissue release techniques) and exercise prescription to help you recover and get back to your regular routine.
