    Gillian graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University. Her educational background, combined with years of playing competitive sports, has fostered a strong passion for helping others take an active role in their health and recovery. Gillian uses a client-centered approach to develop personalized treatment plans to help her clients achieve their goals. She is committed to life-long learning and has taken additional courses in integrated dry needling, acupuncture and manual therapy which she incorporates into her treatments along with exercise and patient education. Drawing on her on-field experience with varsity soccer and AAA hockey teams, Gillian has developed strong skills in managing acute sport-related injuries. She also has a keen interest in working with runners of all abilities and has pursued additional training focused on assessing and treating running-related injuries. Whether helping runners recover from injury or reach new performance goals, she is committed to supporting their progress every step of the way. Through certification with Complete Concussion Management Inc. (CCMI), Gillian is also trained to assess and treat individuals experiencing concussion-related symptoms. This training allows her to support a safe and effective return to daily activities, work and sport. Outside of the clinic, Gillian enjoys staying active and is often training for her next triathlon. She also loves baking, playing tennis, and travelling whenever she gets the chance.

    Megan earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences with an Honours Specialization in Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University. She then completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University, where her passion for helping individuals take an active role in their health and well-being continued to flourish. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Megan has pursued additional training in acupuncture and dry needling, which she integrates into her practice alongside manual therapy, exercise, and patient education. She is a strong advocate for empowering her patients by equipping them with the tools and confidence needed to manage their health independently and return to the activities they love, pain-free. Megan also has a special interest in treating individuals experiencing dizziness, vertigo, and concussion-related symptoms. She has completed both introductory and advanced courses in the assessment and treatment of vestibular disorders, as well as certification through the Complete Concussion Management Inc. (CCMI) program. With this expertise, she provides clear, informed guidance to help her clients safely return to their daily routines, work, and sports.
