Since then, Sophie has worked in a variety of clinical settings across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Her diverse experience includes working with clients recovering from sports injuries, persistent pain, neurological conditions, orthopaedic surgery, and those needing support with vocational rehabilitation. Sophie has a special interest in concussion management and is passionate about helping people return to their everyday lives after injury. She takes a holistic, patient-centred approach and tailors treatment and rehabilitation plans to suit each individual’s lifestyle and needs. She also enjoys treating headaches using the Watson Headache® Approach, which she has completed specialist training in, and finds it rewarding to see long-term improvements in her patients suffering from Migraines. Sophie can also help with cases of BPPV or the vestibular effects from Long Covid.
