Hi, my name is Liv and I am a physiotherapist at Flexout Health. I graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2018 and have been working in private practice and within sporting teams ever since. I have also gained experience as a sports trainer for local football and state basketball teams. Since this time I has acquired a wide range of experience within different sectors of physiotherapy including private hospitals, private practice and sporting clubs. As a result of many hours working with local sporting teams and running weekly acute injury triage sessions, I have developed a keen interest in acute sporting injury management. Most recently I have been working with Hockey Australia with the Masters teams in the National and Trans Tasman competitions. I also love the variety of my profession and treat an array of musculoskeletal conditions that present in the clinic. Being GLA:D accredited and trained in DMA Clinical Pilates, I enjoy working with patients to improve their functional fitness and overall lifestyle. I firmly believe in empowering people to understand their own health.
