Dr. Lexi Haggard currently serves as the Lead Clinician for FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Mooresville, NC. She attended North Carolina State University for her undergraduate degree and later completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at High Point University. She is passionate about all physical therapy but predominately focuses on treating balance, vestibular, and neurological populations. She holds advanced certifications in Vestibular Rehab and is a certified Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer (AIT).
