Sarah graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2020. Prior to pursuing physical therapy, she completed her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Kinesiology (Active Health and Rehab Concentration; Co-operative Education) and a certificate in Health and Fitness Studies at Simon Fraser University. Her appreciation for the power of rehabilitation stems from her experience working as a kinesiologist and volunteering at a paediatric physiotherapy clinic during her undergraduate degree. She has also taken additional courses in communication/coaching, IMS (dry needling), and concussion treatment (Complete Concussions). To help her clients improve their function, Sarah uses a treatment approach that combines personalized exercise programs with education and appropriate manual therapy techniques. She enjoys helping clients deepen their understanding of their conditions and the appropriate treatments. Sarah is passionate about working together with clients to enable them to reach their individual goals and she loves to celebrate all the little victories that come with recovering from an injury. Outside of physiotherapy, Sarah loves reading, playing board games, and travelling.

His involvement in rehabilitation, wellness, health optimization and performance ultimately led him to his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton. He is also a NSCA certified strength and conditioning coach, working with athletes along the continuum from rehab and return-to-sport, to optimizing performance.
