Rachel grew up participating in many sports which grew into a passion for injury prevention and management. She spent much of her university time performing sports medical coverage, coaching, teaching swimming lessons, and volunteering with youth. Rachel graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and in 2021with a Master of Physical Therapy. Since graduating, she has taken various courses to further her education including Complete Concussion Management, Sport First Responder, Strength and Conditioning in Rehab, and Biomedical Dry needling. Rachel enjoys working with children and helping them feel their best. She believes physical therapy for children should be fun and tailored to their individual needs.
