Dr. Erica completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University. It was during her time at university where she gained a passion for the human body and physical fitness. She has experience working as a personal trainer and enjoys Olympic weightlifting. Her passion for the human body and physical health led her to attend Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where she graduated in 2021. Dr. Erica practices “diversified” technique, which is the primary technique taught at CMCC. In addition to traditional chiropractic care, she incorporates soft tissue therapy, cupping, exercise prescription, fascial stretching, nutritional counselling, and acupuncture (Functional Integrated Acupuncture). She looks forward to treating the whole family, from infancy to elderly, and cannot wait to meet you!
