À propos de nous
At MHP Therapy in London, Ontario, performance therapy is designed for anyone who wants to improve their physical capabilities—whether it’s moving better, moving more, moving faster, or with greater power and ease. Performance therapy goes beyond sports. As expert Mike Reinold says, “Everything the body does is performance.” This approach benefits athletes and non-athletes alike, encompassing any activity where physical movement is involved—sports, exercise, work tasks, or everyday activities. Our goal at MHP Therapy is to help you maximize your body’s potential by reducing compensations, optimizing movement patterns, and increasing capacity. Performance therapy combines specialized techniques to assess and address individual needs, whether that includes soft tissue release, mobilizations, active rehabilitation, or other therapeutic methods. If you’re looking to elevate your physical performance in any aspect of life, MHP Therapy is here to support your journey.
