À propos de nous
Sports Centre Physiotherapy was created in 1990 by Janet Rogers to look after the rehabilitation needs of active Islanders. Under Janet’s leadership, dedication, and expertise the clinic became the primary destination for injured, active Islanders. Colin Moore began to work for Janet in 1996. While working for Janet he learned about being a great physiotherapist, treating athletes, and gained experience in sports. In 2003 Janet retired and Colin took over ownership of Sports Centre Physiotherapy. The clinic has grown to be a leader in sports and orthopaedic physiotherapy in Prince Edward Island. In March of 2009 Sports Centre Physiotherapy moved to its new location at 153 Belvedere Avenue. The move was prompted to better serve our clientele. We now have over twice the space, more than 20 free parking spots, easy access, private treatment rooms, plus new and modern equipment. Our team has grown and our location changed over the years, but the consistency is in our passion and approach to treating sports and orthopedic injuries. We are committed to fostering superior athletes by treating their injuries now and focusing on how to make them stronger moving forward.
