Sarah grew up in Surrey, British Columbia and completed her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. After competing for the UBC women’s soccer team, she transitioned into athletic training and worked with the UBC men’s rugby team for two years. Following graduation, her passion for travel took her to New Zealand, where she volunteered as a sideline medic for Wellington’s Marist St. Pats Rugby Club. It was here that she decided she wanted to pursue physiotherapy and moved to Halifax to do so. Sarah graduated from Dalhousie in 2021 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. Her primary interests are sports injuries and orthopaedic conditions. She is well-versed in the return-to-sport process and offers taping for preventative and rehabilitative purposes. Sarah’s main sport growing up was soccer. When her career ended, she discovered a world of other activities that have kept her busy since. She currently spends time boxing, snowboarding, trail running, mountain biking, and working out at the gym.
