The Pure Practice.

I am an experienced neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapist, graduating from Cardiff University in 2017 with a Physiotherapy BSc. Prior to this I completed a Sport and Exercise Science BSc at the University of South Wales. I have spent my career in various settings from NHS, professional rugby (Welsh Rugby Union, Bath Rugby) and General Practice surgeries as a First Contact Practitioner and Injection Therapist. Everything I do is to support people to become resilient and free movers following periods of pain or injury. I enjoy facilitating individuals of all ages to achieve their performance or lifestyle goals.
