Yes, just kids. Yes, just physio. Kids and teens function differently from adults, and our spaces and team are equipped to provide the highest quality physiotherapy care, delivered in a FUN and engaging way.
Our specialized equipment and treatments focus on improving mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance, gross motor skills, cognition, motor planning, confidence, motivation, and more. With a large, experienced team we are able to provide custom programs based on each child’s distinct needs, from birth to 18 years old.
Typically developing children with injuries, or those looking to extend or improve their athletic careers through pre-habilitation, enjoy our open space, engaging equipment, and thoughtful treatment plans. Those with lifelong conditions benefit from the playfulness and our creative support to help them stay motivated in their rehabilitation journey.

- Lianne Berard.Physical TherapistLianne is a passionate physical therapist who prioritizes family and patient-centered practice, utilizing evidence-based methods to help patients achieve their goals. In 2022, she earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Manitoba, following her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2020. Growing up, Lianne was very active in sports, including volleyball and track and field. During her free time, she enjoys strength training, swimming, and running, with a particular passion for strength training. Lianne’s experience as a physiotherapist includes working with infants and children of all ages with a wide range of diagnoses. Prior to working at Kids Physio Group, she provided physiotherapy services in various settings, including nurseries, schools, and homes across Western and Central Manitoba. She is particularly interested in working with musculoskeletal injuries, has a keen interest in working with youth in sports, and highly enjoys helping infants with plagiocephaly, torticollis, and children with cerebral palsy.
