Patrick Larabee D.C., USAC Level 1 Coach, USAC Cat. 1 Track I approach Health/Wellness as a Multifaceted Approach: Diagnosis, Treatment & Training (Mental/Physical/Emotional) & Recovery (Nutrition/Supplementation). Background: I am a Chiropractor, USAC Level 1 Coach Chair of Science/Health Science for Front Range Community College and a Professor of A&P/Health Science & Performance. I have been coaching /competing for many years including training athletes at the local to World Platforms. I have Bachelor’s in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. I have mentored/coached athletes in Power lifting, Bodybuilding, Cycling and Track & Field. In 2014/2015 I had back to back a National Championships in Team Sprint, and Finished 4th in Team Pursuit, 5th in Team Sprint and 7th in Sprints at Masters Worlds in Manchester, UK. I still train/compete/coach at the National/World Level. As well as I am instructor for USAC coaching. My Passion/Philosophy: To bring better awareness to men, women and children, on Health, Wellness and Fitness through Education, Physical activity and Motivation. “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” Aristotle You can’t go after dreams by sitting on the couch, with hard work, determination and being pointed in the right direction, Goals become achievable. If you’re not having fun doing what you are doing, DO Something else. Training and Competing should be fun, when it becomes arduous, DO Something else.
