    Leila is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in physiotherapy in 1999. A strong proponent of continuing education she has never stopped learning new skills and developing her qualifications. She has successfully completed several post-graduate courses: pain management in 2003, rehabilitation of sports injuries in 2005, manual therapy level 1,2,3,4 from 2007-2010, myofascial release techniques in 2013, dry Needling in 2014, kinesio-taping in 2015, anatomical acupuncture in 2018, pelvic health level 1,2,3,4.5 from 2018-2020 and concussion management in 2021. She is providing care for; sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, pre/post surgical conditions, neurologic conditions, concussion, pelvic health conditions including: pre/post natal care, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse etc. Leila believes in educating and motivating her patients regarding self-care and living a balanced lifestyle, promoting health and fitness in the prevention of injury, and improving function.

    Dr. Terah Wong brings a wealth of experience to the healthcare field, blending personal and professional expertise. His work spans caring for cardiac patients, aiding firefighter candidates, and educating students, all geared towards fostering independence and promoting healthier lifestyles. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a commitment to patient care, Dr. Terah pursued and completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). His time at CMCC immersed him in an academic environment dedicated to excellence in patient care, where he gleaned insights from a community deeply invested in providing top-tier service. Additionally, he honed his skills in community health clinics, catering to Cantonese-speaking immigrants, the LGBTQ community, and individuals with work or sports-related injuries of all ages. Dr. Terah's training also includes certification in clinical acupuncture rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, enhancing his holistic approach to patient care by melding Eastern and Western perspectives. Additional certifications include Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling (YorkU), Mobility Specialist (FRC), Concussion Management (CCMI), hip and knee Osteoarthtitis (GLA:D) Throughout his academic journey, Dr. Terah concurrently worked in various multidisciplinary clinics, gaining firsthand understanding of the rehabilitative process. Whether aiding patients in returning to daily activities, preparing for athletic endeavors, seeking further education, or adopting healthier lifestyle habits, Dr. Terah's unwavering dedication to his patients and continuous pursuit of knowledge ensures optimal outcomes for those under his care.
