- Enike Kadar.Physical TherapistDPT, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Cert. DNActive Release TherapyDietary/Supplement Interventions/AdviceExercise RehabMyofascial ReleaseNeck RehabVestibular RehabI am a physiotherapy resident in Canada with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the United States. I have over a decade of personal and professional experience in the health and fitness industry. I employ a holistic approach in my clinical evaluations and interventions - utilizing biomechanical principles to address symptom drivers and a variety of interventions to address symptoms themselves. Among many modalities and approaches I use in clinic daily are joint mobilizations, spinal manipulations, dry needling, myofascial and soft tissue release techniques as well as targeted, evidence-based exercise. I worked in orthopaedics and athletic settings for over 5 years as a Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, and Strength and Conditioning coach before pursuing my DPT degree in Buffalo, New York. I enjoy applying my background in athletics and performance to the clinical setting to promote optimal function in all individuals. Along with my clinical doctorate, I also completed a postgraduate certificate in Advanced Orthopaedics at D'Youville Issued by New York State and am certified in Dry Needling by the Spinal Manipulation Institute. I am currently licensed to practice in the following states: NY, VA, FL, MT, & CA.
