I grew up on a farm in Eastern Alberta and have always had an interest in healthy lifestyle, healthy living and being active. Heavily involved in school sports and playing volleyball at the collegiate level I've seen and sustained many injuries and concussions throughout the years. I obtained first degree was a Biological Science Degree from the University of Calgary after attending 2 years at Medicine Hat College and then proceeded to graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic - Florida Campus in 2010. I have practiced in Red Deer since 2010 and have provided care to various demographics from weekend-warriors as well as collegiate level athletes at Red Deer College and was honoured to be able to provide care for the elite level athletes at the 2019 Canada Winter Games in Red Deer.
