Laurie Menk Otto ND MPH is a naturopathic doctor (ND) in private practice in Portland, Oregon. Her practice focus includes concussion recovery (CCMI certification), allergy and asthma. Dr Menk Otto provides high-level assessment of post-concussive symptoms, and a comprehensive, individually tailored treatment approach to achieve full recovery. This includes concussion-related digestive issues, insomnia, inflammation, hormone imbalance, and autonomic nervous system disorders related to concussion. Dr Menk Otto completed training with CCMI in 2020, and works to continually advance her education and proficiency in treating post-concussive health issues by attending concussion-focused conferences and trainings. She collaborates locally and nationally with a range of health care professionals to help patients in recovery. She is a 2007 graduate of National College of Natural Medicine, after which she completed a 3-year NIH-NCCAM sponsored research fellowship, and a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Arizona in 2011. She maintains inspiration from her husband and two daughters, who enjoy adventures together throughout the northwest.
