He went on to graduate from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics and a minor in Nutrition. While attending the University of Guelph Dr. Regier served as the Athletic Therapist for the university rugby team. He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). During his time at CMCC he also became a certified Acupuncture and Graston Technique provider. Dr. Regier is a chiropractor who practices an individualized, evidence-based and functional approach to not only fix the current problems but to prevent future re-injury. Each of his patients receives a personalized treatment plan including passive care, functional rehabilitation and patient education. His goal is to help each of his patients perform optimally, no matter what their personal goals are. Dr. Regier also has a special interest in working with the athletic population and treating extremity injuries (shoulder, arm, hand, hips, knee, foot, etc.). Dr. Regier uses a unique blend of treatment options involving chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, soft tissue therapy (Myofascial Release Technique, Graston Techniques), laser therapy, gentle joint mobilizations, ergonomic advice, and personalized and progressive therapeutic exercise programs.

She attended Fellowes High School, where she balanced academics and athletics, and received the Governor General’s Award of Merit upon graduating. Dr. Brum’s passion for helping others and fascination in the human body led her to pursue and obtain a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology at Queen’s University. She continued her studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), and she graduated Summa Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic. After graduating, she became certified in contemporary medical acupuncture. Dr. Brum is an evidence-based chiropractor who is passionate about collaborative healthcare. She offers hands-on care – including joint mobilization and manipulation (i.e. chiropractic adjustments), acupuncture, soft tissue therapy and laser therapy – plus therapeutic exercise recommendations to help reduce your pain and improve your function. She educates you on the nature of your condition and equips you with the knowledge and tools to aid your own recovery. Dr. Brum also has a special interest in working with pregnant and postpartum women. Dr. Brum is elated to have recently relocated her practice back home to the Ottawa Valley, where she can spend more time with her growing family and enjoy an active/outdoorsy lifestyle. She attended Fellowes High School where she balanced sports, academics, extra-curriculars and working. Dr. Beimers’ academic career continued at Queen’s University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She then went on to study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and graduated Summa Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic. While studying at CMCC, Dr. Beimers became certified in contemporary medical acupuncture and took courses in active release techniques (ART) and movement assessments and patterning. Dr. Beimers is passionate about patient-centered health care and applies an evidence-based approach to her practice. She combines research with the values and beliefs of her patients to create an individualized treatment plan for them. Dr. Beimers provides a unique combination of patient education, hands-on care (adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture), exercise, and lifestyle modifications to each of her patients to help them reach their goals and move and feel better. She strives to have every patient understand their condition and use that information to help themselves improve their well-being. When not at the clinic, you can find Dr. Beimers outside (either hiking or with a good book), in the gym, or spending time with her friends and family. Dr. Beimers is excited to be treating the people of the Valley and happy to be joining the RCRC family.
