Rome Health Outpatient Therapy at Chestnut Commons.

I graduated from Binghamton University with a bachelors in Psychology/Biology in 2007 and from Utica College with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010. I started working for Rome Health in October of 2010 and my practice has focused on orthopedic management until I started getting involved in concussion rehabilitation. My first course on concussion management was "Physical therapy for concussion management" by Amy DeBlois PT, MS, CBIS on 11/12/14. I completed an extensive course on vestibular assessment and treatment conducted by Chris Carpino on 12/13/2014. Then I took "Concussion and Mild Traumatic Brain Injury" through FlextherapistCEUs completed on 12/03/2018. This education gave me a great foundation for concussion management which I have considerably furthered by taking the CCMI course which I completed in November 12th of 2023.

Eugene graduated from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1998 with his Bachelors in Physical Therapy and then earned his Doctorate from Utica College in 2006. During his 20+ years of practice, his focus has been in an outpatient setting.
