About Us
We interact with the world through our bodies. How we use our body has a tremendous impact not just on our physical health, but on our overall wellbeing and the quality of our lives. Just as no two bodies are exactly alike, health and fitness do not have an effective one-size-fits-all solution. This is why we believe in taking an approach that is both highly personalized and holistic in nature.
Our physical health experts will work with you one-on-one, delivering the care and attention that each individual requires in order to attain optimal results. We are committed to exploring each of the unique moving parts of your life, from the time you wake up to the time you fall back asleep, in order to understand all factors involved in your physical health and wellbeing. We treat the problem not the symptom, and it is only by taking a holistic approach that we can understand the root of each issue and formulate a solution that is both optimal and sustainable.
As with any successful partnership, the time we spend together in The Movement Lab is just the beginning of a healthy relationship between yourself and your body. Our philosophy of self-empowerment through learning means that we aim to educate rather than to dictate. By transferring our professional knowledge to you, we aim to provide you with a framework through which you can achieve life-long health and fitness. We will show you how to move properly, how to care for your body, and how to grow and develop through fitness in order to sustain a healthy life. To put it simply: we are passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their physical lives.
Wellbeing is the harmony of a complete state of health. If we do our job, our clients will be equipped with knowledge about themselves, their bodies, their movements, and how each of these components works together to contribute to overall health and wellbeing.
The harmony of a complete state of health is available to us all — The Movement Lab can help you access it.

She is a co-founder of The Movement Lab Clinic, established in September 2018, where she has been instrumental in shaping a patient-centered approach to care.
