    Amy graduated from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN with a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) in 1999, and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Utica College in 2011. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Sport from Metropolitan State College of Denver, CO (1994). She is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Amy is also trained in Pilate’s method of conditioning, Yoga, and Integrated Systemic Dry Needling and cupping. Amy has worked in orthopedics and sports medicine for over 20 years. She is skilled in evaluation, management, and prevention of injuries, pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports specific performance and conditioning. She has extensive training in orthopedic manual therapy, specializing in methods taught by Mulligan, Maitland, and McKenzie. She has worked as an athletic trainer and physical therapist with high school, college, and professional level athletes including College of St. Scholastica, University of Denver, Colorado Foxes Professional Soccer, Giltinis Professional Rugby, and is currently Head Physio for Santa Monica Rugby Club Men’s teams and owner of Westside Wellness & Rehabilitation. Amy is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), including membership in orthopedic, sports, concussion, and Private Practice Special Interest Group Sections, American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (OMPT), National Athletic Trainer’s Association (NATA), and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), California Physical Therapy Association (CPTA).
